| 8:00 AM | Captain’s Meeting (Mandatory). Also mandatory for Dragon Boat Club Team Steerspeople. |
| 8:30 AM | Opening ceremony; Official welcome, Team Introductions, Dotting the Eye of the Dragon. Explanation of events of the day and recognition of festival sponsors |
| 9:00 AM | Races Begin. Heat 1 ~ Three teams will race approximately every 12 minutes. Official team photos are taken immediately after each team’s first race on the upper level of Torpy Park at the Dragon Boat. |
| 11:00 AM | Races Continue. Heat 2 ~ Each team is guaranteed to race in Heat 1 and Heat 2. Fastest combined times proceed to the Final Heat. |
| 1:20 PM | Final Heat (Club Womens, Club Mixed, then Community teams) |
| 3:00 PM | Club Team 2K Race – top six club teams based on Final Heat times |
| 3:30 PM | Award Ceremony (awards will be presented for race winners and spirit awards, including best-dressed drummer, most spirited team, and fundraising champion.) |

Attention Teams: The Race Schedule will be published below no later than Thursday, August 17, 2023. Please ask your team members to arrive at the venue at least one hour before your first scheduled race.
