The Aspirus Water Dragons includes Aspirus Health employees and their families from across our system. We’re beginners and we plan to showcase how a group of individuals from north central Wisconsin can come together for a terrific cause.

BJ’s Sportshop is back and better than ever! For our tenth year of competition, we have expanded our fun loving group of friends & family of BJ’s Sportshop. We can’t wait to get paddlin’ and defend our Gold Medal in the Community Division!
The Cedar River Gang+ (CRG) emerged from the mists of the mighty Cedar River in Cedar Rapids, Iowa nearly 4 decades ago. Though many paddlers have come and gone, some legendary; others infamous, the spirit of the sport, the friendship, and a love of a good time remain at the team's core. Our team extends from young to well seasoned paddlers. It is believed that the youth & enthusiasm of our less aged paddlers and the strong output from our aged “power house paddlers” allow us to triumph on the water. Through the competitive nature and sheer athleticism of dragon boat racing, CRG has retained the inner fire that was stoked when it was forged so many years ago. Our core paddlers are a dedicated group that show up for every practice and we actively recruit from around the midwest adding the + to our team of competitive paddlers to round out the boat for competition.
Unlike the Greek god, this team of Siren women causes destruction with their sweet paddling technique. Started in 2016 as part of the Greater Chicago Dragon Boat club, this women’s team is made up of local, national and international paddlers. These ladies show the strength and friendship that can be created from the sport of dragon boating.

Island City Dragon Boat Club Nonprofit Purpose: The Island City Dragon Boat Club, Inc. is dedicated to teaching and training adult and youth athletes from the greater Minocqua area and surrounding counties in the sport of dragon boat paddling and dragon boat racing.
The future of dragon boating is bright with this youth team in the Lakeland area. With help from the Island City Dragon Boat Club, this young group of dragons was “hatched” in 2022. This mixed youth program is based in Minocqua, Wisconsin, and is coached by Mike Mondrall. This team is excited to fly with the dragons.
We are a group of women who paddle together and practice for races. We welcome people with varied levels of experience. Our "seriously fun" team takes pride in our camaraderie. Dragon Warriors enjoys the sport of dragon boating in the beautiful Northwoods.

The Fox Valley Dragon Boat Club inspires community, teamwork, and wellness through the sport of dragon boating. We provide opportunities for all ages and abilities to paddle together-from recreational to competitive, youth to breast cancer survivor teams. Our mission is to build strength on the water and connections off the water by fostering inclusivity, leadership, teamwork and a spirit of adventure. Through practices, races, corporate team building, and community events, we aim to grow the sport in Wisconsin while empowering individuals to challenge themselves, support one another, and celebrate the joy of paddling.

Island City Dragon Boat Club, founded in 2016, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching and training both adult and youth athletes in the exhilarating sport of dragon boat paddling and racing. Newly formed in 2023. A group of men committed to learn the sport of dragon boat racing join up with Island City women. They are looking to make new memories at their 4th appearance at the Minocqua Festival.
Our club is made up of multi-generational members—fun-loving, active individuals with a shared passion for the sport. Under the expert guidance of Coach Mike Mondrall, we train hard, race hard, and always keep it fun, creating unforgettable memories on and off the water.
We welcome paddlers from the greater Minocqua area and surrounding counties, fostering a supportive and energetic community built on teamwork, fitness, and competitive racing.

Soldiers on Sleds is always looking for an opportunity to help relieve the stressors that contribute to PTSD. Welcome us, some of America's finest! Cheer us on as we glide by. Team Motley Crew is from Racine, Wisconsin and is part of Racine Dragon Boat Club. This team has been around for almost 20 years and has evolved greatly over that time. We are a mixed crew of people of different backgrounds and walks of life. We love the sport, we love each other, and we love the greater Dragon Boat community.
We are a group of women who have been friends for 45+ years. First getting together through work connections, we are now scattered through Wisconsin and Minnesota. We have cross country skied, paddled and hiked with each other through college and graduate degrees, weddings, divorces, children, career launches, promotions and new chapters.
Off the Edge is a team of women from various walks of life all brought together by our love of paddling! We are a small group with a big heart!
The mission of Pink Paddling Power (PPP) is to provide inspiration and support for survivorship, and training/competition in the sport of dragon boat racing. Members of PPP value the importance of educating and supporting breast cancer survivors throughout the Racine community. In addition, PPP and its members will serve to promote the recreational and health benefits of dragon boat racing for breast cancer survivors.

TEAMSurvivor Madison is a non-profit organization that provides free or low cost fitness activities for women with a past or present diagnosis of cancer. Our programs are geared to all levels of fitness and we welcome women of all ages with all types of cancer. TEAMSurvivor Madison’s programs and activities offer opportunities for women to reclaim their fitness, gain a sense of accomplishment, build a social support system and achieve renewed comfort with their bodies and their health.
Our team has been dragon boating since 2003 and we are proud to show the face of cancer survivorship.
